Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer a 3-day return policy. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the device received, We will allow for a return of the device within the 3-day time period, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The return policy shall become effective upon delivery of the device.
  2. The device must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  3. The return must be sent to the following address:

  1. The customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

In the event that the device received is deemed to have been misrepresented, We will review the claim and, if found to be valid, will assume responsibility for shipping costs to return the device to Us for repair or replacement. The repaired or replaced device shall then be returned to the customer.

Beyond the 3-day return policy, We offer a 14-day exchange policy, effective upon delivery of the device. If you wish to exchange the device, you will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping of the original device and for the fees associated with shipping the new device. The original device must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
